METEO SWITZERLAND – START FOR THE NEW STRATEGY

The annual event marks the start for the initialization of the new strategy. The 200 participating employees found themselves on a collective treasure hunt through the Landesmuseum.

For the annual Event of Meteo Swiss Brandsoul was entrusted with the design, overall organisation and event production. About 200 employees that are spread all over Switzerland, it was the perfect opportunity to come together, get to know each other und actively share the values of Meteo Swiss. The annual event held in the Landesmuseum in Zurich marked the beginning of communicating the new strategy to the employees: the event enabled Meteo Swiss to approach their employees emotionally. Therefore an integrated, sustainable and credible communication is paramount.
