Only by working together great things can be achieved. But how do you communicate this message to 1300 employees from around the world? We knew that we had to start at the individual level and celebrate the uniqueness of every single employee in order to communicate this message successfully.
For the LGT Company Day 1300 employees of the international company met in one place to rehearse and perform the exclusive LGT Song. Already several months before the event, introductory workshops have been offered, where the employees could discover and strengthen their own talents. Distinguished experts such as superstar Marc Sway supported the participants in the areas of dance, singing, music and stage design. By discovering the own talents, the employees not only could develop on an individual level, the 1300 employees melted together to a unity. The apparently impossible objective was not only proudly reached, but was even exceeded.
