Go-to-market concept for shoe brand BAGATT

Brandsoul helped the shoe brand BAGATT achieve a strong positioning in the fashion industry with a strong go-to-market concept.

Brandsoul set up the entire go-to-market strategy for the shoe brand BAGATT. The concept focused on the rebranding from the Bugatti brand to BAGATT and was primarily aimed at retailers. The goal was to create trust for the new name and to show that the quality of the brand would be maintained.

In addition to special vouchers and promotions, a defined umbrella message – “strong and beautiful” – was used to re-anchor the brand among retailers. With the concept, the creative agency also showed how the communication bridge to the end consumer could be built by considering and ultimately implementing initial POS activations and a visual merchandising design.

Brandsoul thus guaranteed a strong entry for BAGATT into the fashion market.
