Incentive trip to Europe’s last remaining wilderness

A Swiss industrial firm invited its top global sellers on an incentive trip to Europe’s northernmost reaches in Lapland, Finland, as a thank you for their outstanding performance.

As organisers of the trip, Brandsoul sent the travellers off on an unforgettable adventure through Europe’s last remaining wilderness. And they all returned as thoroughly motivated employees, determined to give their all for the company.

The invited employees used the Back to the Roots trip to slow down, slip into an authentic natural environment and learn how to appreciate the simple life, while considering their successful year from a more distant perspective. Traditional values became the order of the day, and the participants were whisked off back to their roots. Simplicity was defined as the New Luxury.

Brandsoul was responsible for the concept, storyline and the entire preparation and organisation of the incentive trip to Lapland, which finished off with a pleasant visit to Helsinki. The idea of Back to the Roots dominated the entire travel itinerary, including the activities, entertainment and culinary experience. From archery against a natural backdrop, to traditional music, a meeting with the indigenous Sámi and the obligatory sauna bath, the guests became completely immersed in their northern adventure.
