For The North Face, we conceived and managed a retail activation at the Basel store. Customers were able to personalize their newly purchased products on-site with exclusive, locally inspired patches, pins, and stickers. This customization created an additional purchase incentive, increased dwell time in the store, and made the brand experience tangible and immediate. The activation generated a high level of customer engagement and was met with consistently positive feedback.
